We met George at the door and he was quick to address and show us around. He was easy going, informative, and not pushy. It didn't give me that ick of a car dealership feeling AT ALL, but more that he truly cared about ensuring that what we decided on was the right choice for us. He let us look at several different models and test drive too. We decided against purchasing that initial night and came back the next day with our family. He spent so much time with us again, answering questions and giving us space, when needed. He was so kind and genuinely cared about us. I was pressured to buy the car the same day, even with bald tires and poor handling. Promised…read morerepairs never happened, and they installed wrong tires I bought a $2,500 warranty and only got $2,016 back because of mileage. If they had answered calls and canceled it when requested, I wouldn't have lost that money. They also told me I couldn't use the warranty elsewhere and insisted the car was fine. I've paid out of pocket for multiple repairs in the 4 months of ownership and still issues, and after being promised callbacks--including waiting 11 days for a manager--they never returned my calls. Juan refused to assist in fixing the car, even after I repeatedly explained I drive a lot for work and needed a reliable vehicle. I trusted this dealership and lost a lot of money. Once they have your money, they disappear. Think twice before buying here, and always test these cars on the highway--that's how I discovered these dangerous issues.

Chris provides the expertise and education you need to maintain and enjoy your car for as long as you want. He is diligent, cost effective and courteous. He is certain to get to the root of the problem, not just address the symptom. Make no mistake, customer status is not a given, you must be approved. But no worries if you are a responsible owner, and you will be in good hands with Chris. On another visit I stopped by to see about a fog lamp that wasn't working. Chris checked it out and ordered the part for me to stop again when I could. He could have stopped there but went on to courtesy check all the fluids and top them off. As my first BMW, It has been so nice to have someone so knowledgeable about my car, 2003-525si, E39. I came to him after another shop charged me $400 to replace a valve, only to find out by another shop that all they did was put epoxy on a hole. Chris has been very honest and educational and keeps my car running great. I'm so thankful.

During the last 3 years, he has proven trustworthy, fair, and correct in his advice about items that must be fixed immediately versus issues that can wait until next time. My car runs great. I recently took it to an out-of-town dealership for an oil change and was congratulated by the staff for the stellar condition of my car. Normally, I'm not very trusting of any car repair place (afterall, businesses exist to make money), but I would certainly recommend Chris to my friends, family, and anyone who owns a BMW. Miserable experience. In over 50 years of car buying, we have never been treated in this way…read more Should have walked but travelled to get there so felt committed. Delivery was abysmal and dealer took what should have been a joyous car buying experience and turned it into a nightmare; at Christmas time, no less. They used underhanded techniques to hide thousand's in expensive damage and cut corners at every opportunity, including safety related issues. Didn't uncover until we got the car home- even suggested we did the undercarriage and wheel damage on the way home! I felt compelled to write this review to potentially help others, and perhaps it's just the way of the world now. But we are still trusting sorts and this was not a cheap purchase for us at $60k. Insist on driving the car and do a thorough inspection --up in the air-- BEFORE signing the paperwork as we feel we were not given that opportunity and were rushed through this. And regardless of the desire or pressure, better yet to have a preowned car third party inspected before purchase. BUYER BEWARE.
