Joe McEntire answered the phone, when no one else I called would even answer. He was professional and personable and there when he said he would be. He picked up my vehicle safely and quickly. Review 1 -- Personal & Strong…read more 1 Star -- Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Experience I would give ABC Towing zero stars if Google allowed it. I was left waiting outside at night for more than three hours for a tow truck that never showed up. Throughout the entire ordeal, I was repeatedly given different ETAs and told someone was on the way. I continued waiting because I was relying on the information they gave me. Hours passed, and there was still no truck. As a woman stranded at night, I found the entire situation incredibly unsettling. There was no urgency, no meaningful follow-up, and absolutely no follow-through. Then, after keeping me waiting for hours, the service was ultimately canceled around 11 PM. This was handled terribly from beginning to end. If ABC Towing couldn't fulfill the request, they should have communicated that instead of repeatedly giving inaccurate arrival times and leaving someone stranded. Completely unacceptable service. I would not recommend this company.
