No one answered when we tried calling the next day (Wednesday) so my spouse went by that Thursday afternoon. A woman he hadn't seen before told him she couldn't do the repair. When he asked why it took three days for them to decide this, she told him she'd only gotten around to it that morning (Thursday morning). He was frustrated and left with my boots. It was obviously a very frustrating experience. I'm upset because it seems to me like three days is a long time to hold onto someone's boots when you can't even fix them and that my boots should have been looked at before they told us that they could fix them. It's not a difficult repair, the zipper slide needs to be replaced, so I don't understand why they can't do it. I also feel like they should have called us to tell us rather than us having to chase them. Overall, it was a highly disappointing ordeal. They told us to try "the places in Fort Collins and Loveland," so maybe it wasn't a complete waste.

As I pulled up, an associate was pulling the bars for the windows. As I have worked in retail before, I figured they were preparing to close. I exited my vehicle, walked up to the door, as I approached the door, the associate pulled the bars across the entry and stated they were closed. Door signage, and the stores webpage both stated the store to close at 8pm. That was absolutely the single worst experience hands down. It's unfortunate as I have always loved supporting this store. I will no longer be shopping with them, and will make my purchases at Scheels from now on. A message for the store: You never know who will enter your store, and you never know what those people may spend. In store, you always track your sales and want to "beat" your daily goals. Disregarding your guests is one sure fire way to make sure your store under preforms and eventually closes.
