Clover on tee boxes? Really ?
    Nick W.

Potential but not worth $135 on a weekend where none of the staff gives a damn about your experience. Greens were painfully slow, like municipal slow, no ranger, very slow play and a Buncha jackaloons hitting 10 balls off every tee in front of us. This course is a no go for me again. Sorry RedTail, not a top 5 public course in the state. Zero care given, Clean it up.

Fun course, great layout, decent greens. With that said for this price a bunch of the tee boxes were very beat up and not at all what I expect to see when I play a course that costs over $100. Most of the other tee boxes were totally fine. Greens were rolling nice but looked like no one fixed divot marks but not the courses fault. Would love to play the course again.

I don't play golf at all, but I did spend a few very pleasant hours here today at a golf outing. We had a pretty big group - 144 golfers plus 25 more for dinner. Red Tail did a tremendous job with our dinner. We had a buffet set up under a big tent, and the food was excellent. Steak, grilled shrimp, baked potatoes, salad, vegetables, and a few other goodies. My steak was very good -lots of flavor and grilled perfectly. The skewered shrimp were outstanding -very tender and buttery. I also liked the Caesar salad and sautéed veggies. Our big group was spread out all over the place -under the tent, on the big deck, and on the grass behind the clubhouse. So as far as the food service goes, they did a very good job.

    Pretty view. Tough course.

If you're a good golfer, you will like this course. - Me, I'm like, a duffer. Apparently. If I break 100, that's like a banner day for me. - But this is a really nice course. Driving range is included - so you can hit away before your round. - The course is in good shape, kinda. The day I played, they had just aerated the greens the day before. Starter said "two putt maximum". What? And they still charged me full price? Shame on you Red Tail. Workers were out the entire round - spreading sand or wiping it away or watering greens. It was completely interfering. Killed the vibe. - Challenging course. Lots of character on each hole. So, if you're a good golfer, it's a good challenge. If you're a normal person, you'll loose about 8 balls. No joke. 8. - It is pretty. Just tough.

Don't go there for the food. It's basically a glorified snack-bar with a liquor license for the golf-course. Service was attentive but the offerings were nothing special.

Seemed like we had the place mostly to ourselves but there's a reason why. We were passing through town and had carved out the afternoon for a round. The day turned out surprisingly chilly with temps in the 40s and a fairly stiff wind. We were here though and played as planned. At first I thought it might have been a mistake when the snow flurries started flying on the second hole. The course is quite beautiful even in early spring before the trees had filled in. There's plenty of elevation change and a good selection of tees to choose from. Some tees were moved around due to course work so at times we were hitting from the tips and other times from the ladies. I found the course challenging but fair. I scraped together a few pars including the stunning par 5 18th hole that tempts a good drive to try for the small water protected green in two. I was a bit surprised that they have electric carts with some of the steep hills on the course but they held up fine. There were free balls on the range to warm up but I hate wasting my few good swings there. The clubhouse was cozy especially with the fireplace to thaw us out. Our server was super nice and took very good care of us. We sampled the usual wings and fries things like onion petals and everything was hot and fresh.

This is a great golf course. I only deducted 1 star as it may be a bit overpriced. I look forward to going back.

I played on a Friday morning and I had 4 guys with leaf blowers and mowers following me on literally every hole. The worst part is that they didn't even stop when I was taking shots or putting. In fact, on a few occasions they would start their mowers up in my backswing to get a chuckle. Ranger didn't do anything. On top of that, the electric golf cart died on the 15th hole. Fun times. Even if all of that didn't happen, this place is still kind of a dump. Looks like it hasn't been touched since the 60s. There are rocks the size of golf balls in every bunker. Wash out areas everywhere. Really strange since there's an absurd amount of maintenance people buzzing around at all times. Honestly, just a poor course design. If you live in Boston and love golf, do yourself a favor and just go play Pinehills down in Plymouth. Both courses at Pinehills are 10x better and cost less. I wouldn't play The International again for free, never mind paying $125.

I know they don't have much space otherwise but first few holes are built into a hill which is terrible! You hit a good shot and it rolls off the side of a hill and into woods! 4 Stars UPDATE:…read moreThis review is of the POOL only. *Staff had misunderstood the pool rules. Kids accompanied by adults have access to the entire pool regardless of swimming ability. This makes things much more fun for all. Looking forward to the next several weeks in the sun! While the staff is kind and helpful the pool swim rules are far too strict for children accompanied by an adult. Children who cannot swim the length of the Olympic sized pool and back without touching the wall or the ground CANNOT leave the baby area to swim even when accompanied by an adult. This is ridiculous. Means adults have to stand and wade in the baby pool in order to play with their children in the water. Parents cannot hold infants in arms in the large section of the pool. Really?! So the baby/toddler area is unsafe and far too crowded on a hot day. If guards aren't confident they can manage the pool, they need a new summer gig. If it's crowded they need to have more staff. Now we know why the price is so low for a summer membership. Most kids can't leave the baby pool. BUYER BEWARE!

The super dyed blue water is obviously not all natural but the waterfalls, water, sand and 'grass' traps add a fun challenge to the game. This location is also a little ways off a main road so it's not packed with people and your game doesnt feel rushed. I've only used the driving range and batting cages once and a VERY long time ago so I can't speak to those as well, but there are always people frequenting these sections when we visit. The prices are very fair ($6 for mini golf but their website frequently hosts deals and they offer $1 off coupons on the bottom of each score card to use for your next game) however they ONLY TAKE CASH so be prepared! Within 10 minutes of showing up he made a large scene yelling at my party for ruining his turf platforms when they were in the exact condition and location we found them at (not to mention they were missing t's!). After this he yelled that he was kicking us out in which we respectfully packed up our clubs and began to collect balls. When we were about to leave someone in my party spoke up saying his reaction was no way to treat people let alone faithful customers and that's when he said fine stay and stormed away. Needless to say we will not be giving this man our business any longer.
