After I teed off from the blue tees and drove into the fairway, I could tell why the prices are within reason. The fairway is relatively torn, and the cart paths look like they were in a mine field. It's an abysmal process to drive on the cart paths, my bag almost fell off of the cart numerous times. The course layout isn't bad, it's very hilly, but we are in Western PA. The overall golf experience itself isn't bad, but the maintenance of the course is definitely something to consider when playing this course. I would recommend this course to an amateur golfer in the Washington County area, still a fun track to play.

The maintenance is very good with tee boxes and fairways in very good shape, and the greens were nearly perfect. They were also lightning fast, which was frustrating and fun at the same time. Green fees were quite affordable, particularly given the quality of the course itself. The scenic quality of the course really added to the experience. Almost every hold had its own beautiful vista.
