So a regular pedicure anywhere you go scrubs your feet and legs with a scrub exfoliate which apparently here it is a blue pill that (exfoliate) with feet in the water.Most places actually use a sugar scrub that is supposedly that and the heel scrub was done mainly with my foot dry then scrubbed heel for a few seconds and is considered a heel scrub. Not my first pedicure but that is unacceptable. To me that is false advertising. He got mad when I told him about these issues instead of apologizing and be honest they don't have those things. They also don't use clay or mask when they wrap your feet with a hot towel just use packet lotion. All salons use the blue powder or pill in water and don't consider it an exfoliate .

I loved this place and they always did amazing on my nails, but I can't go back anymore after my horrible experience and the horrible response afterward. Last time I went, Kathy did my nails. The whole time I felt like she was very judgy about what I was requesting for nail designs and such. Despite this, I still went back because I was raised to believe in second chances and I really did enjoy how my nails looked afterward. I went in to get nails done for my birthday and everything was great, however everything went south very fast. I am already very anxious because this was my first time ever getting my nails done alone, so this just added to the experience. The lady doing my nails had stuff on her finger I assumed were scabs. I brushed this off originally because I thought it'd be okay- but when she was painting my nails, I'd noticed a SCAB fell off ON MY NAIL. She originally was gonna paint over it until I commented about it. She thought I was talking about the polish, but when I pointed to the scab she just laughed it off and took it off the brush and wiped it onto the back of the machine that dries your polish. Everything was awful after that. I felt so anxious to talk and tried to just sit through it all. I didn't know what to say! This was my first time ever getting my nails done alone! The response from the manager was awful too. I called in to speak with her about my experience after I got home. It was a lot of back and forth about who, what, where, when, why. The only thing she offered was to give the tip (yes- I still tipped!) back. I will never be going back here again. This was such a horrible and unhygienic experience, and the response back from the manager really made my decision to never come back.

New owner Anne is sweet and really wants all of her customers walking in to get the best service in the quickest available time. I never skimp when it comes to my self care. I got the number one for both pedicure and manicure. I got William this time around and will most likely request him every time! My feet and legs feel brand new after an hour in his hands. Connie did my manicure portion of my visit, while she is amazing, she had to leave to help others during my session making me have to wait or have a gap in care. Which is awesome that everyone gets attention. I just really noticed the wait time while sitting there on those wonderful massage chairs. I will say Connie did a fantastic job on waxing my eyebrows last week and I doubt I will go to anyone else ever again.
