Obviously we rang them and the attitude towards us was rude and unapologetic. Basically he just tried to fob us off with "we'll sort you out next time" in the end they brought us a new bag of chips...great, maybe the other part of the fly will be in those chips! Don't get me wrong mistake do happen, BUT how they are dealt with is a big factor in if the customer will return. Needless to say we have not been back since.

We used to really enjoy the food the from here and ordered regularly but over the last few months…read morethe food has gone down hill and the last order we placed was the worst so far...the lamb tikka tasted terrible very very sweet with a taste of custard powder about it....the balti was so hot that after a couple of mouthfuls we couldn't eat anymore and had specifically requested mild to medium..we rang to complain and we're offered a free meal next time.. But when we rang this evening for the free meal we were told that there was no record of us being promised this and so we would have to pay for the meal. We then requested a call back from the manager and never got a call back. The lady who offered us the free meal was present and denied all knowledge. Not a very good way to keep loyal customers!
