Thick, rich, toffee pieces embedded in it, frosted.... best brownie she said she ever had. These aren't small cookies; they're about the size of a smaller baseball. They're thiccc. They also have a few other items like the brown sugar "pop tarts" which are about the same size, but NOT the same thickness, lol. Soft almost shortbread-like with a thin layer of brown sugar in the middle and icing. I would have bought that whole tray. Otherwise, whatever is left they have available for purchase. That happened to be the Sea Salt Dark Chocolate Chip cookies on the day I went - I bought 6! The coffee was good and strong. I ended up ordering an iced latte with oat milk and half vanilla based off of the lady's recommendation. The flavor was good and I was a lot more awake afterwards!
