I filed a complaint about their air wick automatic sprayer. Buyer beware. This product will damage your carpet by lifting it off the floor causing damage that must be repaired and replaced. I filed a complaint and they told me that my damage must be caused by something else because their lab tests (after one week) did not show any damage. My claim was denied, and now I have to shell out money to replace my brand new carpet because they are determining that their test was inconclusive. DO NOT buy from this company.
