Today we went to rebuilt resources and it was raining heavily. My wife and I went to enter and they were only allowing the proper number of people in. Thats ok. My wife was told she couldnt wear a face shield which is still acceptible under the board of health regulations BUT we complied with their request anyway with no hassel or words exchanged and we returned with a blue hospital mask. We stood outside in the rain waiting our turn to go in and no one was outside waiting with us. My wife used an explicitive word in her remark to me  on an unrelated subject which is legal according to freedome of expression rights and the door person came out and looked straight at us and told us to leave we were too loud and to not lean under the awning to get out of the rain. My wife has hearing issues and does speak a little louder than normal. The lady became beligerant and extremely defensive and told us to leave the property even when we told her we were having a a private conversation and she had no right to come outside and tell us what we can talk about. The door lady fetched the manager and whispered to her then the store manager without questioning it told us to leave!!!!! I asked her under what pretense are we being asked to vacate public property. As well, I was recording it on phone and she said I didn't have her permission. I told her Supreme Court of Canada ruled on that one long ago that only one party of the group involved need to ok the recording and I'm giving my permission.  She told us she is kicking us off the property for being rude to staff! Excuse me? We didn't even make it into the store and never swore at them at all! We were having a private conversation of which my wife has every right to express herself to me in the manner she wants with no staff involved. How is getting rude with staff factor in to it when nothing was indicated to staff other than we complied with face mask store requirement and we were patiently waiting outside the store in the rain to enter? As another lady exited the building, she looked at us and said as she entered her car "They are "FU&^ing rude in there!   .... we were floored! They will never get our business again. I'd rather drive to Sudbury second hand stores of which we will do in the future. This is the seond time they have been extremely rude to us for absolutely no reason. They are officially farting a little to high for their own asses at this point. read more
