I booked a 2-hour session that began with a phenomenal four-hand Lomi Lomi experience and included hot stones. The transition halfway through to a single therapist was handled perfectly. The draping was minimal but always professional and compliant with local laws, allowing for a truly authentic and relaxing experience. It's rare to find a massage this thorough. I left feeling completely refreshed. Highly recommended!" Dinah was wonderful Thank you

After reading all the 1comments ... they described my entire experience to a T. They did…read moreaccommodate my early arrival and saw me as soon as possible. They massaged roughly 50% of the time over the sheet which caught me off guard. They kept walking in and out the room and talking to each other as well. Upon leaving they asked how much I wanted to tip and I handed her a cash tip. She kept asking if I could add more on my card. I told her I gave her a cash tip there is no need to add more on my card. She kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 and that it is listed on the website. (Which I can't find) I was immediately shocked and repulsed by her demanding I tip her more money than I already did. Utah Division of Consumer Protection needs to look into this place immediately regarding their tipping practices. --------- HI ANDREW (manager) 1) your responses on your own company's page to client that support your business is horrendous. A true proud business owner would take a moment to apologize for the experience and take the honest feedback from your clients. 2) a liar ? Every other comment is stating exactly what I have described in my experience at your business. 3)no one confirmed my payment with me. They confirmed my name and what time, then showed me to a room. I even tried handing my card over to the therapist upon leaving and she was confused and immediately asked me what I wanted to tip. I had to confirm on my own that the payment was processed by checking my banking app and she kept begging for a better tip. 4) DEFINITION OF TIP : A tip, or gratuity, is a voluntary, additional payment of money given to a service worker (such as a server, driver, or barber) by a customer, in recognition of service performed........hence I only tipped what I felt like the service was worth considering what was performed and the many interruptions during my service. 5) I did not request a therapist. I made a reservation online and there is no request for a certain therapist on there. It says : Swedish massage - with j massage SLC. It's just a coincidence that your highly requested therapist was the one to do my massage. 6)correct I did not hand her a $25 tip--- I stated above " she kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 " 7) Please review your footage in your lobby because we all know it's being recorded as you have iPads set up in every massage room showing the front counter. She said " MANDATORY ". 8) just a suggestion : hire a front desk person so your staff is not constantly running out the room during a TIMED service.... if your staff is demanding a certain amount for a tip you can actually add automatic gratuity so your staff and clients aren't running into this issue. Thanks for your unprofessional response and unsolicited phone call.

Husband surprised me with a voucher for Bluestone. I get anxiety when it comes to other people…read moretouching me. Even though getting a full body massage isn't new for me. Weird! I know. Mostly because I have a tough body and not a lot of massages "hit" the spots. I had to cancel the original session and reschedule due to work reasons. Nigel was really accommodating and easy to reschedule that with. Didn't make me feel like it was a hassle for her to change the date and even accommodate the times I was being picky with. It had to be an appointment after 3pm. She got me in on a Saturday after 4pm which was perfect for me. Upon arrival, we pulled into the second driveway thinking the place was closed. lol! The map took us into that driveway. Blame the map. My husband went out to look for the suite, the area was a little sketchy to him. And I followed (sometimes gotta let him take the lead all the way ). Anyways, we found Blue stone and once we walked in, I was greeted right away. It was a warm and cozy waiting room. She had hot chocolate, water, and snacks for guests. I filled out a simple health waiver and was directed back into my room. She had things set up and made me feel comfortable. Which was nice. I walked in there thinking my body felt ok, a little tensed in my shoulder and neck area but nothing major, to me. When my session started and as soon as she started working in my shoulder blades and neck area, yeah! A good hurt. It was really nice. But when she came down to my glute area and applied pressure with her knees....I did NOT KNOW I could feel that kind of "GOOD HURT!" The relief on my lower back when she did that, in my calves, and even my right knee (where it was sprained) holy crap! Yeah! That was really nice. When she started on my calves, she straight up said, "tell me what's going on." I wasn't sure if I should continue crying from my morning episode (I had a rough morning with a depression episode) and vent my whole life story to her or pretend like I was a sleep. She must've felt my energy and tension through my body. As I laid there and we exchanged words, I felt more and more confident in my choices. She was basically the confirmation I needed to "keep going". I've been blessed with a lot of strangers in my life especially during the "stormy times" but she is one I will never forget. I told her that I compose music and I led her to my Spotify album. She was very encouraging and uplifting. I highly recommend you get yourself a massage here. Not only does she help smooth and relax the body, you'll also leave there with a better outlook on whatever personal challenges you're facing in your life. THANK YOU!!! I was too relaxed that I didn't even think about taking pictures. Which I'm trying to get better on with my reviews.
