Her style is unique yet still timeless and we are thrilled that we have such a gorgeous visual representation of our engagement and wedding. Planning a wedding often comes with a lot of questions and sometimes stress - Dana was such a calming presence throughout the entire process and I couldn't imagine having anyone else there to play such an important role in our celebrations! It was so important that we worked with people that aligned with our personalities but also values as well, and we absolutely found that in Dana. I'm so thankful that we found Dana and to have come to know her as not only our photographer but also as a friend!

The quality/talent level is up to par, but the customer service level, organization, and timeliness of this business are lacking. We did not receive the photographer we had requested upon booking. We also did not receive the correct type of photo booth that was discussed upon booking. The photographer that did show up on the wedding day was not utilizing the shot list I had provided/that he had on his phone. It was frustrating to miss out on some of the photos we wanted due to a lack of preparedness. In general, it was difficult to get in touch with questions. I called/emailed several times for a status update after the wedding. I received a long, snappy email with a mathematical breakdown of how busy Daniel is. I was told "I spend X number of hours per week answering emails like yours," If that were true I would have received a response much sooner than I did. A shorter, more polite/professional email would have sufficed. I understand Daniel and the team are busy, but I am a client who is paying for a service, and I don't appreciate the way I was spoken to. It is not my fault that the owner is spread so thin through photographing, editing, and answering calls/emails (as his email to me explained). It is moments like these where truthfully, I don't think Sensational Images was worth the trouble. Upon booking, we discussed that I'd be able to receive family photos back early (for Christmas gifts) and 1-2 photos for Thank You cards. After the wedding, I was told by Daniel in a condescending email that etiquette dictates that cards can be sent up to 6mos after the wedding. While this may be true, I would have preferred to send our Thank You cards out in the same year that our wedding took place. One of the pages in our photo book included the wrong photos with people's faces cropped out. I received no email or notification stating a problem, but I did receive an email saying the book was ready for production. I don't understand how ANY of the photos would not have been high-quality enough. They are professional photos. In the end, I ended up ordering a photo book elsewhere. The book was included with our package/an "added value" item. However, the item was not worth the value, and the hassle was not worth my time. I would not recommend Sensational Images. I feel that given the price, it would be a better experience going with a photographer who might cost a little more, but who treats their clients with professionalism, respect, and with timeliness in mind.

Daniel was perfect for our engagement photos as we had a lot of ideas we wanted to do. He let us try anything and everything with a little direction while still getting the photos he wanted us to take. The photos turned out beautiful. For our wedding photos, Roger was perfect for what we needed. We really didn't have any clue as to wedding photos we wanted. If we did, we couldn't remember them as it was a hectic day! As soon as Roger came into the church he started snapping pictures. His take charge attitude was perfect for the day. Everywhere I looked he was taking photos of something or other. He even crawled around on the floor at the reception to try and get a picture of us dancing in our boots. The ideas and previews he showed us were breathtakingly beautiful. He even stayed extra time that night to make sure he captured everything. He even asked us before he left if there was anything else we wanted pictures of. I can't wait to see our wedding photos!

Contacted Rich's Farms in June, and spoke to Garrety (sp), lovely lady, intelligent conversation, and she advised me of 90 warranty which would consist of exchange only, and what to look for regarding the tree's progress. Since their warranty is only for 90 days we returned tree today after it was clearly dead. I was speaking to employee Beth and a employee by name of Tara arrived, pulled tree out of bag, stepped back with what I perceived as dramatic behavior with affect and posturing that appeared to indicate all of her senses had been assaulted, stating "root rot!" I said I'm confused, all the other trees are doing fine. She looked at me, and said, very slowly, enunciating each syllable with pressured speech, "ROOT ROT!" Lovely way to begin one's day, being treated as if I were an idiot and she possessing the right to insult me in such a perceived condescending manner. i later expressed my upset with Beth to which she indicated Tara was an expert in plants. I indicated I was an expert in my field and would not ever treat or speak to my patients in such a condescending manner. Suggested Tara not interact with public in the future. Having purchased three other trees, I do not see myself exercising my rights to exchange. Life is too short to be exposed to such persons. I do however, want to express my gratitude to Beth. She patiently and professionally explained root rot to me; precautions to take with new tree; proactive measures with other trees we had purchased; what to look for and what to do if certain signs of rot appeared. It's a shame that my patronage and enjoyment of this facility was tainted by one person. The two stars are only because of Beth. The overall experience was unpleasant, and she took a lot of the sting away.
