First the DJ rudely waved us away because I guess we were standing too close to the cabin. Than a server called Levent who should be fired started yelling at us because I put my bag on the empty seat of the bar, yelling at me that it was rezerved. And it wasnt. My friend knows the place and we ended up sitting there anyways cause it WASNT rezerved to begin with. Than I went to talk to the manager UYSAL who neither listened nor cared as appatently for them this behavior is normal. Not manager material at all. When I saw him, I understood why the place is such a bad quality service. He is not even at a level to be a waiter let alone a manager. A place where Turks go to see and be seen. High prices, super low quality service. A 2 star hotel would have better customer service.

Service is outstanding, even if it is rare to find English speaking waiters (they had one). Always smiling and trying to be helpful. Mezze was wonderful and the quantity just right. First they brought the cold ones and after a while the hot ones. Just with a high note, grilled calamari was outstanding, one of the best I ever tried (this coming from a Portuguese proud of the way we prepare fish and shellfish is quite a compliment). The service was horrible - we were told we couldn't sit at the bar and they gave our seats away in the middle of our drinks - never told us the bar seats needed reserving. Wouldn't accommodate us for any other open availble seating. The drink was mediocre and the hotel staff was trash. What a horrible experience.
