Seeing as how I was traveling from Florida to Lancaster, I needed to be sure they were able to work with me remotely - and that was no problem. The driver showed up on time, listened carefully to my concerns about placement and strategically placed lumber to avoid damaging the driveway. The dumpster itself was in good condition, relatively clean as far as dumpsters go and had easy entry via fold out doors. No concerns about lift-over height whatsoever. Pricing was reasonable and they communicated well and picked up as expected. Billing was done electronically when I arrived back home.
