Mostly empty with plenty of weights for use. I'm a high school football player so the need for weight was a necessity. Staff could not be more helpful. Free weights and machines as well as 3 treadmills and maybe 2 ellipticals and a bike or two. In the back there are two rooms, one seems to be set up for classes like Zumba or Pilates, and the other is for MMA style fighting. There are separate changing rooms with several showers and places to put your belongings. They play mostly Italian techno music mixed in with the occasional top 40 or rock. Depending on who is working the front desk, you could end up lifting to Britney Spears, so bring your headphones. There is no air conditioning, but this is Italy, so I won't deduct stars for that. All in all, this would be a nice small gym in the states, making it an AWESOME gym in this area of Italy!

For a day its around 15 euro and a month its about 80euro. I loved it perfect if you know what you need to do and get out. I was there late August and she said the pool would be open next week. The cardio equipment was upstairs- and the stairs are glass. They made me nervous. In addition to 2 bikes, 22 recumbent bikes, 8 treadmills, and 3 ellipticals, upstairs also had an ab area, stretch area, and a room for classes. There were Pilates reformer machines but the room was dark. The temperature upstairs was too hot. Really too hot for a gym. There was music downstairs but not upstairs. There were no clocks. There was no water fountain in the entire gym. I could not figure out the vending machine to buy a bottle of water. All equipment was TechnoGym. They had the gadgets that count the reps- love that!! The hours are wrong on this Yelp site- call to confirm.

As soon as I made it clear that I did not like "physical advances" during training the "Big PT" no longer had any free slots for me to train; clearly I wasn't going to continue!
