After we made an offer he continued to be deceptive and extremely unhelpful to us and our agent as a buyer, using different excuses and lies to our agent. Finally at our closing, what a surprise! I don't even know where to begin... The worst most miserable real estate experience I have ever had in my life. In the past few years, I have had to buy and sell a few properties and this was hands-down, the most unprofessional unpleasant and horrific experience. Our realtor right from the start was argumentative about what we wanted to list the property at she wanted to list it much lower and even after we listed it, she wanted to drop the price very quickly. It always seemed like she cared more about the buyers than she did about us as the sellers, I never felt like she had our backs. I never felt like she was on our side. I never felt like she was aggressive in her tactics and marketing. She had people in my house for open houses that didn't even introduce themselves. She left lights on in our home for days on and without shutting them down, even at the closing, she was siding with people buying the house instead of siding with us even after the contracts signed. It was just a miserable Proffessional horrible experience and I called the owner of this company and he doesn't even know his realtors. he's so big for his bridges. On Tuesday morning at 930 AM, AFTER we received the contract, and before we had the opportunity to review, and sign it, she called me and said she received a higher offer. I am a Loan Officer and I had the displeasure of working with Dana Jensen. He was supposed to be a DUAL AGENT for a purchase that we were both working on. There were some miscommunications in the beginning of the process and in turn Dana would constantly insult us and he ALWAYS had a NASTY attitude. As a DUAL AGENT, his job was to communicate and represent both the buyers and sellers. He never actually helped or had a line of communication with the Buyers, I had to do his job for him and get everything done for the Buyers. After I got tired of his never ending insults, I asked him to back off with the attitude. He never responded to me which resulted in me communicating with the SELLERS directly. Both the sellers and buyers were apologizing for his rudeness... As a loan officer I never had to directly communicate with the sellers, that's supposed to Danas job but Dana stopped communicating with me. Bottom Line, Dana is a self entitled prick that thinks he can walk around threatening people with bad reviews. His bad attitude was disgraceful and if you can avoid him as a realtor please do. Simran Bajaj and Manny Bajaj are the worst realtors! They are extremely disrespectful and lie! They play game and it is really hard to get in touch with one of them. They string you along and you never know what is going on! We applied to rent a house that was supposed to be available April 1, 2022. I got a call from Simran saying that we got the place and can move in on April 1st. About two hours later she called me back to say that they weren't sure when the tenants were moving out. I asked Simran if she could help me find another house to rent. She had her husband Manny call me. Let me tell you he was no help at all. He hasn't even called or text me about any apartments or houses since we spoke. I called and text them to find out what was going on with the house because it was still on line to be rented. It took them a over 10 days to call me back. When they did they would tell me that nothing has changed. Well it did change! I actually spoke to the landlord who was at the house. She told me that the tenants moved out April 1st like they were supposed too. She said she is going to talk to Simran about renting the place to us. That was over a week ago and I still haven't heard from either one of them. I texted them both and still no answer! Not even a call or text to say the landlord doesn't want to rent to you! It wouldn't of bother me so much but I have two kids in the school district where this house was located. I have to move out of my place by May 1, 2022. It is now April 14th and I still have not heard from them about the house for rent. The best part was Manny said to me maybe I should buy a house. Really!! Unbelievable sad experience! Signed up with the Singh Team and was completly mislead from the beginning. Starting with them having me signing a blank agreement, that they said they would fill out later. They filled it out later all right! They emailed me (after several requests) a completed agreement indicating a one year term. I never agreed to a one year term!!! Then they made up a fake offer in order to get me to make changes to my home, promising me that the offer would increase if I made the changes that they wanted. They never showed up at the open houses. They sent someone who did not know anything about the property. They broke an attic pull down attic ladder at a 7/14/18 open house and didn't even tell me about the damage. Complete waste of four months of my life. I complained to their broker and nothing happened! I adamitly advise that if you have a brain in your head, then you should stay away from these two. read more

I'm a buyer who was interested in a Garden City home. After getting my offer accepted by the seller, the agent Carol Guru, informed me to schedule an inspection. After the inspection was done, the inspector advised it will take 2/3 days for the report to be completed. After reviewing the report, I contacted the agent and scheduled an appointment to sign the contract with my lawyer being present. The morning of signing the contract, the agent calls and states; There was a higher offer, can you match it? I said NO, and how can you be accepting offers when I already paid for an inspection. She said it always happens. I told her I've dealt with other agents and never had this problem before and I expect my money back. She said she would get back to me but of course, she never did. If buyers plan on using this agency and don't plan on signing the contract as soon as the inspector gets in his car, be prepared to lose the inspection money if a higher offer gets presented. The agent was unresponsive after the high offer was accepted and refused to answer any calls or messages. Absolutely worst customer service. She was willing to allow buyers to lose money to gain more commission. Agent is condoning horrible business ethics. What kind of business condones buyers to lose money. If I can rate this place less then one star I would. This was one of the worst experience of my life. This would have been my fourth time buying a house with other real estate and these are the most unprofessional staff and relators I have ever met. I am disgusted I wish I would have checked the ratings before I went out to look for houses. I offered the top dollar amount for a house I fell in love with and sent documents for me to sign and even congratualed me on buying the house.
