Paul Guerra is the RUDEST and most UNPROFESSIONAL property manager I dealt with in my entire life! There was a property advertised for rent on this company's website that I was interested in renting. I filled out the contact information form. And received an email from this Paul Guerra, booking a viewing for Saturday, July 2, at 2pm. I confirmed 2pm works for me. On the day of the viewing, me and my spouse showed up at that property's address, at 2pm. Paul Guerra wasn't there. So I texted explaining we were waiting for him. He replied very annoyingly that I was supposed to text him 1 hour before, and that he is nowhere close to that address. He then proceeds explaining he could only be there at 4pm. To that I replied that I couldn't reschedule for another day, as I broke my foot recently and I'm wearing crutches so it was already difficult to get there in the first place. I then explain that I'll wait until 4pm. And then, me and my spouse patiently waited until 4pm, 2 hours past the time he had booked the viewing for. At 4pm he still hadn't showed up, so I texted "Are you on your way?". Her very rudely responded: " did you acknowledge that you wanted me to come by no so I'm not on my way". To his very rude message, I replied: " You said you can't be here until 4pm. I said I'll wait until 4 pm because I can't reschedule due to my mobility issues." His reply: " I don't have a message saying that you will be waiting after I said I could be there at 4 o'clock so no I'm not coming" 5 seconds later I replied with a screenshot of the text messages we exchanged, drawing a circle on the text message I sent stating I'll wait until 4pm, to prove I in fact sent him that text message. His reply: "Well that's not me acknowledging this because I didn't get that text" My reply: " As you can see on the screenshot, I sent that message to the phone number you provided" He sent 2 documents; I didn't opened them, because I don't open documents sent via text from rude, disrespectful and unprofessional people; with then words: "Well as you can see I didn't get that so I apologize but I won't be able to make it I have another appointment" So, I, the person who wanted to rent that property, showed up at the date and time the property manager booked this viewing for (even though I do have a fractured foot and have to use crutches so it was hard for me to get there as I explained to him). And the property manager who booked the viewing, didn't show up at the scheduled time, made me and my spouse wait 2 extra hours for him, and then very rudely said he was not on his way, that he was not going there, at all, and was very rude and disrespectful saying I didn't send his a message that I agreed to wait those 2 extra hours, when I have (and sent him) proof, evidence of the contrary... First of all, text messages can be deleted; I'm not dumb, Mr. Paul Guerra... You could have simply deleted my message and then simply claim you didn't received it... even if you deleted that text message from your phone, I still have evidence on my phone to prove I sent that message... 2nd, what kind of property manager books a viewing, doesn't show up at the scheduled time, makes the client wait 2 extra hours, only to tell the client he (the property manager) is not on his way and is not going there!... Why waste people's time like that?!... So unprofessional, so disrespectful, and the tone of his text messages, when I dared myself to ask if he as on his way (after the 2 extra hours he made me and my spouse wait), so, so rude!... Congratulations, your lack of professionalism, and your rudeness made you lose a rental. Me and my spouse waited for those 2 extra hours you asked us to wait, because we were very, very interested in renting that property. But we're not going to deal with such a rude, disrespectful and unprofessional individual anymore, who wasted our time, stood us up, and, instead of apologizing, was extremely rude to us.
