This store is located just inside the entrance to the main building at the Port of Naples (Porto di Napoli) - the Stazione Marittima di Napoli.
To say this place is just a high-end clothing store would be complete mischaracterization. The owner, Marco, showed us around his little store. He shared intimate details on each of the menswear lines and accessories from beautiful dress shirts, to delicious-feeling sports jackets and coats, and so much more.
My two absolute favorites were his lines of ties made from beautiful Italian silk and his creatively designed dual-use silk pocket squares. The ties were unique in that on the backside of them, towards the bottom, he designed sets of 6, 8, 10, and 12 intricate 'folds' for added allure. The most beautiful and unique was of course his 12-fold ties. You've got to see them... they are amazing when you first lay eyes on them. The dual-use pocket squares are pretty genius as well. They are sheets of Italian silk sewed into shapes of pockets and they fit nicely into your sport coat or suit jacket. When you pull it out of the pocket it can also be used to store your glasses.
What can I say... except that I LOVE this men's clothing boutique. Its location - in a port building - was a little surprising. I had never thought of a port building being a great spot. Though after giving it some thought, he gets foot traffic from cruise ships weekly, if not daily, with passengers who are usually in a mood to spend money.
