This company is a bad company.. They tell you one thing and its bad information..I tried to contact the company and it took me two days to get a claim number within the company. After I finally got the claim number it has been imposible to get the claims adjuster for an appointment, to start with her number doesn't work, then after the call gets transferred by the secretary, it rolls and rolls three times then it drops off... one time someone answered and gave the me probably the most dumbest excuse anyone can tell.. we have to many claims to process can you call later,, I called later the afternoon ..355 bpm and they could not get the adjuster either,,,she was busy.... this is a bad company... the last thing i was told was to acces the page and schedule it... I did it today and nowhere in the page there is a link to any adjuster,,,,, I will personally travel to guaynabo to try to get a claims adjuster,,I will file a complaint with the federal trade commission and DACO,, Their attitude to me was arrogant, i dont care'attitude and bad customer service is not worthy of any company or bank to do business with them. Will also notify oriental bank headquarters of this,, the car is there property until I pay it....
