Highly recommended…read more I basically stumbled across Yvonne online while house hunting. Lucky me. Before we met she provided me with MLS info based on my requirements. And before we met, I found the house I wanted just from the online info. It was New Year's Eve and she went to bat to get all the paperwork done that day. She found out someone else was making an offer on the house so she helped me with the offer details to ensure I'd be the winner. She's very responsive to random questions, important or trivial. One of the seller's requirements was a 30-day close. I didn't anticipate a problem because I was already pre-qualified by the mortgage company that I'd used before. Turns out they are so under-staffed they said they'd not be able to do anything in 30 days. Yvonne had a referral at hand - Cheryl Montenegro at Finance Home America - who made the deadline without any problem (or at least for me). Yvonne is also great on referrals for service suppliers. I'm fairly new in El Paso so her experienced advice is very useful.

We had multiple offers before accepting the correct one. I would recommend Yvonne to anyone needing to sell or purchase a home.

Her husband Joe was fantastic, walked me through the comps sold near a family home, gave me an estimated 'sell-price' range that served as an important guideline for me and my family. Jessica and her Assistant Valeria Uribe were and are the most ethical, responsive, accommodating,…read morerealty Agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with!! I'm an out of state homeowner in El Paso and was searching for a local realtor to help me sell my house which was in utter disarray. I contacted several realtors and of that only 2 responded. Jessica and one other. The other "Ran" away after I advised o wanted to sell "as is", not enough commission I'm guessing. When Jessica contacted me and saw the home, I have to admit I thought she was going to run as well. However, I was totally wrong!! She explained her strategy and ideas and she started working her magic. During the process I took notice of the outstanding qualities she brings to her clients. She is ethical, aggressive when she needs to be, communicates regarding the processes and reps as they occur, good and not so good. Plus periodically her assistant Valeria would take her place in order that communication was steadily and consistently flowing. An issue arose with a potential buyer and Jessica really showed her client customer service by protecting my interests. Needless to say, I took time to offer details of my experience with Realtor Jessica Ortiz because sometimes good reputable services are difficult to find. So with that said, if you're selling or buying a home in the El Paso area, if you contract with Jessica Ortiz and her assistant Valeria Uribe, your interests, wishes, and real estate needs will absolutely be a top priority for these 2 professionals!!
