Their BDM put in writing that the quote was for three days of work, but instead had their team rush it in a day and a half, losing our things, packing things in the wrong boxes and breaking things. The sales manager and BDM had promised to contact me back but are too cowardly to do so after actively lying to us. There is a reason Kent deleted their Fecbook page because this is not an isolated incident. Pathetic business and untrustworthy people.

We had a fairly convoluted move from Queensland to Tasmania (which in the original brief was…read morePerth!) via Melbourne spanning a 4 month period, involving various changes to the original plan, storage, accessing the container mid way through....essentially we couldn't have made it more complicated for the company if we tried!! Given our requirements there was ample opportunity for something to go wrong along the way and I would not have been surprised at all if it did. I am very very happy to report that it was the most seamless move I have ever had (and I have moved a lot,interstate, internationally and around the block). The team were so courteous, professional and at all times all over the details. Everyone we dealt with from the lovely girls in the main office, the staff at the storage facility in Melbourne and the drivers at both ends were fantastic and a credit to their employers.
