If you're not familiar, Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan--"rei" means universal, and "ki" is life force energy. Everything was easy to schedule online, and she offers both in-person and virtual sessions. I've had my cards read and done Reiki before, but this was a much-needed reset.
