What I was disappointed with todays visit 7/25/23 was the Customer Service lady that was at the Cash register who was on her phone the whole time she was cashing out the people in line, me and my daughters being some of those customers. She did not greet or even make eye contact with us at all nor attempted to converse with us. Her telephone conversation seemed to be what was most important to her at the time, in our opinion not tending or conversing with your customers while they are in front of you is plain and simply rude and annoying. Employees should not be talking on their telephones while customers are in their presences and doing business. On the other hand, the Asian gentleman who works at this location was friendly and attentive.

I need the jacket in 3 days. After expressing my frustration the person on the phone was very rude and snippy so I asked for a refund which clearly triggered her. I then asked for a confirmation email letting me know the order had been cancelled and my money had been refunded and I've gotten no further communication. Mind you, I've left at least 6 voicemails over the last week, tried to seek help thru Facebook and TikTok, and have gotten no help.
