She had exemplary patience when we didn't know what we wanted to when we were very specific about what we wanted, or even changed our minds over and over. In today's challenging rental market, finding a good tenant is not easy at all. There may be many…read moreapplications, but truly qualified and reliable tenants are rare--and that's exactly where Christine made all the difference. We had multiple offers throughout the process, and not once did she push me to just pick one and move on. She sat with me through every application, flagged the ones that didn't feel right--low credit scores, inconsistent documents, income that didn't quite add up--and wasn't afraid to say so, even when an offer looked decent on paper. That honesty matters more than most landlords realize until it's too late. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. When we had to pass on someone, she made that call with me, not for me. That's a subtle but important difference. What I kept coming back to is this: Christine genuinely cares about protecting her clients' interest, not just closing deals. In a market where it's easy to feel like you're on your own, that kind of judgment and integrity is rare. Christine is, without a doubt, one of the best real estate agents in Toronto! Highly recommended! Annie Shen
