Last year we worked with her on two projects: Designing my mother in law's bedroom in an Assisted Living Home in Somerset and selling my MIL's townhome in New Brunswick. After discussing our plan, Diana presented us with a room design along with links to the items we would purchase to furnish the room. She even incorporated some of my MIL's items to add a familiar touch. She helped us set up the room and install the curtain rods. I loved how the room turned out and more importantly, my MIL was really happy and enjoyed the space. Our next project was preparing and selling my MIL's townhome. We met via Zoom to discuss our checklist and to do's. She walked us through the entire process and we slowly prepared the home for sale. First step was de-cluttering. Diana has an amazing contact that sorts all the stuff for keep, sale, trash, or donations. That helped a lot. The next step was preparing the home for staging. With her recommendations, we removed the carpets and added vinyl flooring, along with painting the entire house. Diana and her team came in and worked their staging magic. A professional photographer came in for the listing photos and videos and the Open House was a success. She has a great vision and eye for home decor and it was no surprise that we received multiple offers (over asking) for the property. When closing day came, we celebrated and she gave us sweet gifts. I was thrilled to find someone experienced in city hall weddings. Tom knows his way around the Philly city hall very well. He knows all the spots and angles, and if i hadn't been half an hour late for my 2 hr appointment (blaming it on the pouring rain/highway traffic) he was planning on going to a beautiful park nearby for more pictures. we got solid 90 minutes of pictures. my friend took pictures from the same angles and we saw those pictures immediately and thought they turned out really well - until we saw the professionally edited ones!
