I had the pleasure of working with Flo Bazhaw, and I must say that she is an excellent realtor agent. We were up against 20 offers for the house we wanted, but Flo's knowledge, determination, and swift action helped us win. Flo acted quickly and submitted our offer on time, despite the fact that the house was only posted for 6 hours before offers were assessed. Her excellent attention to detail and market analysis assisted us in making a convincing and smart offer, allowing us to secure the home for only $12,000 more than the asking price. Flo's real estate market knowledge was helpful in ensuring that we made a good investment (2 years later my property is worth 100k more), especially given the record-low mortgage rates at the time. She made certain that we understood all of the critical components of the transaction, and she was always ready to answer any questions or concerns we had along the road. Overall, I would strongly suggest Flo Bazhaw to anyone searching for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and results-oriented real estate agent. She sincerely cares about her clients' requirements and works relentlessly to assist them in reaching their objectives. Thank you for your excellent service, Flo!

We had a very short period of time to see home options and make our selection.  The process was smooth and successful, thanks to Kacie's resourcefulness, timely responses and proactive way of addressing potential concerns.   Within two days we were able to visit several homes because of how efficiently she had a route and the appointments planned out.  The only challenge was choosing one of the options because all of them would have been a great fit. This goes to say how well Kacie listens to the clients' needs and desires, while being mindful of the available budget. From my previous real estate experiences I understand that all Realtors have in general access to the same listings. The big difference is the time invested by a Realtor in your specific situation and their enthusiasm for their work. Two months ago I was looking for a space where I could do my activities with the kids. The circumstances were not simple because I didn't have a lot of time to find something and I had a limited budget. César García made my search easier. He took the time to explain to me all the disadvantages between different neighborhoods, how important is to do a priority checklist to find the most convenient space and also explained all the essentials things in commercial leasing in Miami. He really took the time and sincerely cared about my situation searching day in and day out for the best place for me and my business. We visited and compared a lot, and many times he showed me the advantages of some spaces that I didn't see in the beginning. We found an amazing place where I now feel comfortable and the kids are very happy. I was so satisfied with his services that he's now looking for my new home and I am sure it will be great after he's done.

We decided to reach out to John who was the agent for the sellers when we originally purchased the home. John provided us with good insight to the market, a list of items to consider preparing for the listing and explained his process. After two weeks of completing most of the items from John's suggestions and organizing, John brought in a professional stager who went room by room preparing for photos and tours. Next day the photographer arrived and shot great pictures and a video tour. Two days later ( Thursday ) John listed our home, we accepted an offer on Sunday and closed the next month. I highly recommend John for his expertise, professionalism, patience, communication and most important, results. He did a great job with limiting the stress of selling a house as well. If you're considering selling your home, or even purchasing, you would do yourself a favor and reach out to John.
