Everything she did was all about getting you to increase your bid to put extra dollars in her own pocket. We had friends that new the seller of the home. We found out that even though our offer was never tendered to the seller, she came back to us and told us that someone else was bidding against us and we need to increase our offer. We also found out that we knew the person we were supposedly bidding against - who apparently we weren't bidding against at all. Apparently the only person we were bidding against was ourselves. If you call Re/Max, avoid doing business with this woman at all cost. She will lie and tell you anything to put more money in her own pocket!
