The service was spot on.
The live music (one man guitar band) had me feeling like I was at a flamenco show in Spain. Very fitting for the ambiance.
There is probably more outdoor seating than indoor seating, with heaters if you stop by during a cold day.
This location is in a decent size outdoor plaza with plenty of high-end restaurants. This place is probably one of the most affordable, and laid back.
