The leadership team cares about the well-being of their employees. They do various different things to help the overall engagement of the team as a whole. There have been many different programs add to further the development and growth of the employees that are trying to move up in the company. The upper management at both sites I have worked at have had an open-door policy. its a good job for someone in or fresh out of high school it helps build a resume but they have a huge turnover rate they have problems with 87 percent of the employees getting paid the amount they are supposed to some of the management are great some of them are under qualified young and untrained and some of them are just lazy and inattentive, their attendance policies are worse than if you were to be in school even if you miss with a doctors note or miss for a funeral and have the obituary you still get penalized the blue ash location may be a bit further but its worth the drive you get to work with more adults less 16 year old kids its a more professional environment and the program leaders are fantastic read more
