The crew utilized damaged pieces of furniture, scratched the walls and broke one of the screen doors. Stacy agreed to compensate for the broken door, but to this day she has not followed through. Additionally, after reviewing the estimate, we realized that we were billed for pieces of décor and furniture that were never delivered. That was addressed by the company along with swapping some damaged furniture. The whole experience was quite bitter, and I would not vouch for this company.

You can draw your own conclusions Note: When Larisa visited our house to check it out, we told her our target date to list the house was in 27 days. She said she'd get us a quote the next day but we didn't hear back for almost week due to her CRM issues. When we finally got the quote, we exchanged a couple of emails to clarify some line items in the quote. At that point, she cc:ed our realtor to keep him in the loop, which made sense. But then things got weird as Larisa simply stopped communicating directly with us. The day after the receiving the quote and email exchange, we asked what next steps would be in order to lock in a staging date of May 21-22 (based on her telling us that staging would take 2 days). Total silence for 6 days. I followed up with an email on May 12 (getting pretty close to our May 27 target listing date!). Still no response directly from Larisa herself. However she apparently got in touch with our realtor -- and that's how communications went for the rest of the time. We never heard directly from Larisa at all until we received an invoice from her asking to be paid within a week (with spam-like reminders every couple of days) Pros Consultations are free, pricing was fair, and the final result was mostly fine. Cons * No direct communications from Larisa, only via our realtor, esp during the crucial 3 weeks prior to the listing going live * Changed the agreed-upon staging date with minimal notice, caiming a conflict with another staging job. This forced us to change all the other carefully planned items on our schedule (home inspection + sewer scope, carpet cleaning, move-out cleaning, etc) * Took 5 days to complete staging, with no explanation why, much less. apology. Which also forced us to reschedule some previously planned milestones. * Used a dining table with a prominent crack that was clearly visible, with no attempt to mask it with a tablecloth or table runner * Left dirt on the floor and big, ugly hooks in the walls (that we/our realtor had to clean up and remove) after removing items used in staging.

I found this company through Yelp and initially connected with Larisa Kocsis about staging my home in Lake Stevens. Their website listed a $3,000 full-house staging package, which I selected. However, Larisa later claimed that price was outdated and requested $3,200 instead. We eventually settled on the original $3,000 due to the small size of my home--which didn't even have a living room. I also specifically asked if the balcony with a lake view could be included, to which she responded, "Thank you, and sounds good." However, on Saturday that was the staging day, My listing agent and I were presented with a contract that excluded the balcony. When I politely asked her to add it as we had discussed, her response was both dismissive and unprofessional: "Correct, you have brought it up, but I have not agreed to including it. As you can see the quote is itemized per room, and you already received a $200 discount. I have been more than reasonable. I am also reaching a new threshold in the number of message exchanges about this job. You can accept the quote or not." I was absolutely shocked by this poor and unprofessional attitude. Not only did she backtrack on what was previously communicated, but her tone was unnecessarily aggressive and disrespectful. I refused to sign the contract as I found Larisa very dishonest and irresponsible with no intention except wasting my time and my listing agents'. This type of customer service is completely unacceptable. I would caution others to get everything in writing beforehand and be prepared for a potentially unpleasant experience.

Raino came in and made our little, basic 1 bedroom condo look AMAZING! I could not believe how wonderful it looked after it was staged, I had never seen it look so good. We put our condo on the market the next day and it sold within 48 hours. The buyer instantly fell in love with the condo and I have no doubt in my mind that it is due to the Raino's staging. When you walked in there you could imagine yourself living there and I know that is why it sold so quickly. I would not hesitate to use Raino again in the future.
