terrible experience. this company paid not an ounce of attention to the detail in my home…read more everytime I brought issues to attention during construction and after within the year we were given for warranty we were given excuses and ways for US to fix it out of pocket instead of being taken care of within our warranty as if we aren't already paying THOUSANDS out of our own pocket aside from our mortgage loan to build this home! This company takes no pride in their work. so many problems for just a year in... nails sticking out of sheet rock. tape and float showing through, outlets that don't work, electrical plugs not attached to the wall, doors uneven and wont close correctly, grout stuck on my tile, caulking on my walls and floors, flooding in my home in less than a year with no flooding outside meaning it came in from the walls or baseboards, cement in our grass, you name it! No pride taken in the work and terrible customer service I wouldn't recommend this company at all and this is my personal opinion and experience. My home doesn't look like a new home at all and I'm am disgustingly disappointed!!! These are not issues I ever thought I'd have to be even thinking about especially only a year in.

We had to get Anderson involved and they sent an inspector and they confirmed that the windows had sustained extensive damage and would require major corrective wor. They didn't go by what I wanted They made it the way they wanted. It is deeper then what we can use. And is no use to us.
