It won't even respond to a click on the Contact Us button. A call to their listed phone number rang for about 12 rings before the automated attendant came on, offering no info about hours of operation. After a litany of "Press X for Y", I finally was offered "Press 0 for the Operator". That option produced total silence - no progress tones or messages and no answer. We had a sizeable deposit to make on Friday, 12/31, but when we arrived at 2 pm there was a sign on the window saying the bank drive thru closed at 9:30 am. Customer Satisfaction? Pretty low!!

I don't know if other Chase locations offer drive through service but this location certainly does not. Bank opens M-F from 9 AM-5PM and Sat from 9PM-1PM. Parking is spacious though.
