    Wonderful service, we were greeted by a very nice lady and went straight back to clearance section! We were very happy using their wheelchair! Trevor helped us a lot but we eventually picked an new couch! David was supposed to help us with our exchange of our old couch, but Trevor took care of us! The new couch looks great and great value! The warranty is worth it!

    RC Willey really rolled out the red carpet for us. We came in to buy a twin mattress for our son and left feeling like we made the best decision possible--all thanks to the incredibly knowledgeable and friendly Mr. Kembe M. He made the whole process smooth, and we felt so confident in our purchase. To top it off, they had a free carne asada day going on while showing off the new grill--now that's how you turn mattress shopping with great value into a whole experience!     Bad carpet installation.

    RC Willey needs to re-evaluate the businesses they use/subcontract their carpet installation. The company Willey sent for my carpet's original installation and today's repair of that same installation lacks in customer service. I was told yesterday by a Willey flooring rep that my carpet repair window was 8-10 a.m. At 10:35 I called Willey wondering when the carpet crew was arriving. After Willey called the crew, I received a callback telling me they would be arriving between 1-2 pm. This was going to be 5 to 3 hours later than originally promised AND no one, NOT WILLEY NOR THE INSTALLERS called to notify me. I had to call. This same thing happened when the carpet was originally installed. Not to mention, the carpet installers are making this return trip for poor installation (see photos). An unacceptable show of customer service and respect for a customer's time by RC Willey and their subcontractor.

    We dropped by at RC Wiley in search for extra dining chairs and upon walking in the store, we were warmly greeted at the door. We walked directly to the back where they had the clearance section and all the employees that worked back there were super nice. We found a couple of spare dining chairs we liked, paid for them and were instructed to back around to pick them up. Before leaving the store, the nice lady who initially greeted us in, gave us a cookie each on the way out.

    Let me just start by saying Dekembe was amazing from start to finish. Before we knew it, we were on the way to the cashier's and on our way. I hate shopping for furniture ect, but this young man made it painless. They were running a special and we got a deal on what we were looking at. He didn't try and stray us in any direction or upsell like a used car sales man. He showed us all available models for what we were looking for and it was delivered the before the end of the week. For an additional fee they will build it for you too! That's the best for busy less patient individuals like myself. R.C. Willey knows how to keep a customer for life. Thanks for the "Thank you" note! See you in the future.

    I recently did a review of flooring I had done by RC Willey & when I complained with photos they said " this meets factory standards...

    Thought I would share photos from my previous review on recent flooring install! And when I complained to Lucella who sold us the flooring...said this was ok- it meets factory standards!!! Umm how would she like this flooring in her kitchen!!! Did I mention we are now paying someone to fix Martins work!!! I wish I had read RC Willeys negative reviews before buying flooring from them!!

The dryer wasn't drying properly and couldn't complete a load in a single cycle. They first requested a repair in September 2025. A technician came out, claimed to have fixed the issue, and closed the ticket--yet the dryer still had the same problem. A couple of weeks later, my parents requested another repair. Again, a technician said the dryer was fixed and closed the ticket, but nothing changed. This happened a third time: another appointment, another claim that the dryer was repaired, and the same ongoing drying issue. Now, months later, the dryer still doesn't work correctly, but the technicians continue to insist that it does. The warranty company relies solely on the technician's assessment and refuses to take further action. My parents were scheduled for yet another repair visit, but Lake Appliance has now refused to continue service because they don't believe the dryer is malfunctioning. The technicians failed to do their due diligence in confirming the dryer actually worked. They also inexplicably categorized some repair calls as "service calls," which prevents the warranty company from moving forward with a replacement. Overall the experience has been extremely disappointing, and the service has been terrible. As of today, my parents had to purchase a new dryer to replace the malfunctioning dryer.

She found a great sale going on at Lowe's and so this morning it became my mission to go find a new fridge. Great sale, outstanding customer service, and although I convinced myself I wouldn't be romanced by "craft" ice cubes, I will now happily drop craft ice orbs into my next cocktail. Thank you Lowe's on Kitzke! And thank you and RIP Lola for 16 great years of service!

Quality/Quantity - Consistent. The cleaner and more organized of the big box home improvement warehouses. Atmosphere - See above. Again, cool drive thru lumber department. Open 7 days a week from 6am to 9pm and on Sundays from 7am to 8pm. Plenty of parking. Service - Sadly still similar to their competitor. In the past, the service with this brand was better than their competitor. But I am a self service DIY person anyways, so service matters less to me. Curbside pickup available. Price - Slightly more than their competitor, but still reasonable. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1921 with your 2200 locations and growing. You were #1, the largest hardware chain store in America, until 1989 when Home Depot surpassed you. I am a customer of both companies.

I bought 800$ of plants from Moana nursery a few years ago and even had them plant them for me, just so these things would for sure grow well. Nope, and when 11 months were up, and the plants mostly dead, they didn't replace them. -- when I buy plants at depot they are so good about returns for dying plants. I will only get plants from depot now. The last time I was there they had pulled all their plants inside becuase it was 8:45pm and I guess it was going to freeze that night, so I really wasn't able to get to the plants I wanted to buy and had to come back the next day. Not a big deal, it I'm glad I didn't travel far for that.

I was looking for a hand held air compressor for my bicycle. Simple, right? Guy just blank stared me. I had to really engage with his eyes to get him to snap out of it and meagerly almost begrudgingly assist me. Didn't feel good. He told me the bay it could he found in. I found the compressor and almost purchased it but spotted on the packaging that it was tool only, no battery or charger. I tracked down another employee that equally looked miserably and uninterested to ask about where I might find battery and charger associated with the compressor. He directed me to customer service. Apparently this is where the batteries are housed. I stood in line with customer service for some time only to he told nope, aisle 12. I told him I was told that they were held behind lock and key at customer service. He looked like I'd cut off an appendage and miserably went behind a wall only to return and tell me he doesn't have what I'm looking for. He directed me to aisle 12 and at this point I asked if I could get someone to actually show me where they are. Since these are also under lock and key, I'd need someone to help me that had access. Again, ennui... I travelled through the store looking for aisle 12. Stood there I front of locked cases for 10 minutes, waiting for customer service and I use that term loosely. No one ever showed up and at this point, all of the other serendipitous items I had accumulated in my cart while searching for what I actually came in for were abandoned. I left Home Depot extremely disappointed with the incredibly unpleasant experience in (lack of) customer service I received from this store. I will never return to Home Depot. Not ONE employee I encountered looked like they happy to be at work today. Terrible!

For the handy ones out there, this could be a one stop shop, though it never works out that way! On top of all that, Home Depot customer service has always been unbeatable. In my book, it's only second to Costco, which is saying A LOT! Well that all changed this month thanks to Saul Reyes, operations manager at this store. I purchased a giant Halloween decoration and a week later I noticed it had been reduced by another $100. Home Depot has always had a policy wherein they'll refund the difference in this situation, so I went into the store to access it only to be told that this didn't apply because the item was on clearance. The reality was this was on sale. The tags said special buy, the website said the same, and there were still numerous units at the other Reno stores but this store only had one left, and therefore this manager was claiming it was clearance and refused to honor the policy. I could've ordered one for delivery at $200 and returned it as my original without an issue. I tried to discuss with him but he would not see it any other way, so I called HD customer care who promptly refunded the difference. This is not the customer service I know from HD. I had planned to share this in the customer feedback survey but it expired so I'm sharing here. I will still be a customer but I will likely shop at other locations as a result.

It took 3 weeks and countless phone calls with Home Depot. Com to get the order corrected. The floor was supposed to be delivered tomorrow, they show up at a rental house this am at 6:30. I told them not to leave the floor, the dumped it on the sidewalk and left. I had paid them extra to bring the floor inside, and they just left it out on a busy street with no regard. I have spent 2 hours this am trying to get this rectified , they say it will take 3 days to pick up. Home Depot used to be great company, they really do not care anymore about their customers anymore.

    The worst company I have found. Jeff said we needed a part for our dryer and they couldn't get it…read more Turns out we don't need that at all, just need a belt. He said we should buy a new dryer. He replaced a part on the dishwasher and it worked once for him but not for us. I had a tech from Valley Appliance say the problem is he didn't attach the dishwasher to the cabinet. Service One wanted us to pay for another service fee even though they left us in a worse mess than we started with.

    My Bosch dishwasher stopped draining the rinse cycle. I would have to scoop out almost 2 liters of…read moresoapy rinse water which was not easy to do. My concern is that I may need to replace the unit, but with the supply chain disruption getting a new dishwasher was likely going to be a long lead time. I called Bosch and they gave me 3 certified Bosch service dealers. I called the first 2 on the list and left messages. Neither returned my call. Now I am down to the last name and my last hope and my fingers are crossed! I called Service One and someone actually answered the phone. The person was very nice. I explained the issue I was having and she knew exactly what I was referring to but would need to send out a service person to officially diagnose the problem and, order the part that was needed. I was worried that she would say they couldn't get someone out for a month but to my surprise, that wasn't the case. (This is during COVID when everyone was getting paid to stay home). The lead time was only a few days. I needed an early appointment since I go to work at noon. She was able to put my time slot in the first appointment which was stellar! The service person (Matt) was on time and even called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He diagnosed the problem right away, and turns out I may not even need any parts. I wasn't operating the unit correctly so it wasn't draining. This potentially saved me $800.00 for a new dishwasher that I would have to wait 3 months to get. I would highly recommend this company. While Matt was here he also tweaked a little issue with my U-line Wine Chiller and didn't even charge me. I love working with reliable, honest Mom n Pop shops. Not many of those left these days. #supportlocalmomandpops
