Dave & team assembled my fairly large 11' x 13' gazebo and they did a great job. I appreciate them…read morebeing very clear and upfront about any issues they found. One part was damaged in transit and another was missing some nuts, but they were able to work around it until I get my replacement parts. I could tell they took pride in doing things the right way rather than quickly - the final assembly is tight and everything aligned properly. They even put a tarp over a walkway to keep it clean. Side note: My previous assembly attempt was through Handy and ended up being a nightmare as the contractors rushed through the job. They didn't properly align things, so some screws were hanging half way out while other holes were forced and stripped of any thread. I wish I found Fraser Construction first and saved a lot of headache.

I originally hired a friend of a friend to put a door in my house where there was a window. The…read morepurpose was for pool use. The door would lead to the backyard and would provide direct access to a bathroom so you wouldn't have to walk through the house dripping wet. So the original guy basically took my money and ran, but not before knocking out the stucco around the exterior of the window. So I decided to go with a professional, licensed contractor. Enter Dave with Fraser Construction. He literally saved my house! The first day he came to the house to look at the mess, he shook his head a lot. He was unsure exactly how to go about fixing it. But he figured it out and we couldn't be happier. We now have a beautiful, functional, safe door which provides access exactly how we wanted. I will be calling Fraser Construction in the future should the need arise!

Do not hire Kevork he came in as the subcontractor for our bathroom remodel and did a horrible job…read more He got upset with our general contractor and took it out on us. So unprofessional. After things such as the grout l lines being totally inconsistent, the metal trim around the corner tiles were straight cut instead of being mitered, also one of the pony walls was out of plum by 1/4 inch, he got indignant and didn't show up for 3 days, when he did come back, he did a very sloppy job. Our GC had to have someone else come in and fix his mistakes.

To date, he has remodeled my master and downstairs bathroom, remodeled part of my kitchen, and most recently put stone on parts of the front side of my house with a tile walk-way. Kevork is highly reliable and trustworthy. He does what he says he will do. He treats the project like he is working on his own house. His prices are very fair, particularly when you take into account that you are getting a highly skilled craftsman who produces a top-end result. (He has a bachelor's degree in architecture!) In addition to his excellent craftsmanship, he is a true artist who can envision the overall project and provide guidance and suggestions for design, colors, style, etc. After working with him for only a brief time, I began to get his advice about each aspect of the project. Bottom line is that everything he did for me turned out beautifully. I can't say enough good things about Kevork, and I wouldn't use anyone else for my future projects.
