    This is a warning to anyone considering a move with any company. This company appeared to have good reviews, but there was one recent bad review. The gist of it was that the complainant did not know that they only offer a refund with 72 hours of the reservation being made. It is clearly on the contract, BUT you don't see that until after signing. So, my initial contact with Razor was with Kim Davis. She was pleasant and over eager to tell me about every super cool detail of the service Razor offers. She even said to check out the review on all moving companies, including Razor. We went over the contents of my home to get me an estimate. The estimate was about $2000 more than I wanted to spend, and she lowered the price by about $1600 to get my business. I verified that I COULD CANCEL AT ANY TIME with a full refund. I even had my wife come upstairs and put her on speaker phone and confirm to both of us that it was fully refundable at any time. She only requested that we cancel at least two days before the scheduled move, which is completely understandable. So, I signed the agreement and it popped up with the contract. The contract said it required cancellation within 72 hours or no refund. So, I called back immediately. I couldn't reach Kim, but the other person said she could answer my questions, so I told her Kim had promised me that I could cancel at any time and I wanted it in writing. Kim emailed me later that day with the following: Steve #@$&*&, This email is to confirm that if you cancel, that the deposit is 100% refundable that you paid today. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me anytime! Thank you and stay safe :) Sincerely, Kim Davis 754-241-2819 IMPORTANT TIP: telling them two queen beds will not include the box springs. Two queen beds means two mattresses and two frames. If you have a box spring, you have to tell them OR you might be in for a big surprise when the movers come. So, today, when we went over the original list for accuracy, I found out the box springs weren't in the original estimate (as well as a few other things I forgot about), so the price increased almost $2000. After talking it over with my wife, we decided to move ourselves and called Razor to cancel our move. They said our deposit was not refundable. So I told her about my discussion and email from Kim. She asked me to send it to her, which I did. After placing me on hold, she asked if I still wanted to cancel my move. I told her I did want to cancel the move. She then told me "upper management said the deposit is not refundable."

    I've called and emailed endless times and they won't refund my almost $500 deposit. The order was cancelled within the cancellation window

    This is a scam. They never refunded my deposit. All the reviews are true. Please don't use them. It's 100% a scam

I have owned my piano since 1972 and it has been moved three times in its life. It finally rested at my home when I sold my dads house after he passed away last year. A whole year I was off key until yesterday. I made an online appointment with Steve and he arrived at my home on time and ready to tune up my piano! I watched as he tuned 80 some odd keys and learned a lot about my Kimball piano at the same time. I never knew anything about my piano until Steve educated me. All my friends warned me that having my piano tuned would cost big bucks. Well, Steve put that myth to rest charging a meager $250.00 to tune her up! That was more than affordable and I gave a nice tip because when he was done tuning he played songs for me like a private concert! I sang along and clapped and recognized every song he played. The tuning of my piano was extensive and took 2 solid hours to get her in pitch! Steve went above and beyond and made sure I was satisfied and that my piano sounded great, My piano is a Kimball not a baby grand or a steinway and thats fine with me. Its the sound it makes and the smiles it gives when I play that sold me. I would HIGHLY recommend Steve Krupp for your piano tuning needs. He is located in boca raton and services the surrounding area with ease! I am so happy I called Steve to come and get my piano back in tune to the straight and narrow (a little WHO reference). He did a fantastic job and is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff! Thanks Steve for making my piano play again in key and not off key like it had been for many many years.
