Great, friendly guys. Got great deals on tires that the dealership wanted so much more for!

I brought my car back and the mechanics found that my tire pressure sensors were bad. They offered me an amazing price to get this fixed. I spent like 4plus hours at the shop because my car had to be test driven to make sure everything was working correctly. Overall, I'm satisfied with the dedication and time that was taken to get my car back to normal. Thanks to everyone at Queen Penny. I definitely will come back should I have any more problems.

Prices are great but the techs might be where it falls off…read more I've been coming here for years. I looked past the drug abusers and focused on value. The Techs aren't well versed in tire mounting and simply add weights rather than finding the best balance between wheel and tires. I have several sets of Method wheels with Radar hybrid tires. Method is a top notch offroad wheel. The tires are 33" & 35". Both sets have well over a pound of lead on them. I went in to get an estimate for a 2024 Nissan Frontier, I always buy what I say and never dicker on price, I appreciate how tough it can be to run a brick and mortar company. After weeks of calling them back they never followed through. I have spent thousands of dollars here but it looks as though the drugs may be the priority, not the customers. I'm sorry Queen Penny but there are many other shops around and I'll take my chances with them in the future.

Went to have them pulls screw out of one of the rear tires. This location of Les Schwab refused to…read morerepair it and implied they would not let those tires leave the shop. (The tires on the vehicle were purchased from Les Schwab less than 2 years ago) They tried to explain to me that the shallow siping depth on the outer edge of my tires was not safe and that they could not service my tires or even fix a flat and stated I needed new tires before leaving their shop. Being familiar with tires myself, I explained that the smaller siping near the shoulder is for noise reduction and water channeling and are intentionally shallow. When asked why they weren't following the industry standard of measuring the 3 points across the width of the tire: inner, center, outer--but only in the main grooves, not the tiny outer siping - the only answer I was told was that it was the store's policy. They even confirmed that the main tread was fine, but that they had to go by the shallowest depth of the outer siping due to their policy. They were very aggressive and immediately came with a proposal to buy tires after making me feel as though they would not let the tires on my car leave the shop. I thought about making a huge stink in the moment but decided to just get some tires, get out of there and share my experience with others. They did make one quick hard sale on me, but they lost my business and two other vehicles that used to go there all the time, will never be there again and that doesn't count everybody that I'm telling about my experience. Out of all the Les Schwabs I have ever been to, this is the only one I truly believe did not care about customers at all but instead I felt like they did whatever it took to sell tires. On top of all this, they also refused to warranty the job despite only having 25k on a set of tires with a 40k warranty that was purchased and installed by Les Schwab. I will never use this location again and recommend going just about anywhere else.
