By the way the front office staff is the absolute best as far as caring, informative, friendly and all around absolute " dears"!!! I was told I had to reschedule!! I know patients being on time is important but in 38 years of practicing myself, I have NEVER told a patient to reschedule at 2 minutes late! As a matter of fact from a professional courtesy point of view, the staff should have never had to ask " if" I could still be seen. To each their own. . That's all they had available. Was told to call everyday to see if they can see me sooner. We'll 3 weeks and still can't be seen. Will have to go to the emergency room to get help with my issue. Was told to go to the emergency room or to a walk in clinic. So what is the purpose of having a primary car doctor if they can never see you. This sucks. Dr Jag Aggarwal treated me for a dry persistent cough. It went on day and night for nine long…read moremonths. My primary care physician couldn't figure it out and neither could an ENT I saw prior to seeing Dr Jag. He narrowed it down to two things acid reflux and allergies. After the first 2 weeks of treatment my cough was gone. It has been two months and my cough has not returned. He also noticed in my blood work that my immunity system was not just low but at zero. He gave me a pneumonia shot and rechecked my levels in a month. They were back up. I could have gotten very sick and neither of my other doctors noticed or bothered to check it. This doctor is very thorough. He is not only concerned about the symptoms you came in for but your overall health. If you are not sure what is wrong with you give this doctor a try.

Dr. Ryan Stokes is incompetent as a primary care physician. When I was diagnosed with type 2…read morediabetes, he told me I didn't need to check my blood sugar, and said I needed to get on the Mediterranean diet to lose weight. I'm was puzzled and confused and had to go online to research just what this diet consisted of. He is not someone who sits down with the patient and addresses their questions and concerns. I've had to wait days and weeks before getting referrals to specialists, including one to an OB-GYN regarding a suspicious lump on my right breast, which turned out to be cancer. Fortunately it was caught early and removed before it spread to the lymph nodes. My roommate saw him on June 6 for a referral to a surgeon for repairs of his hernia, but he never got the referral and so I had to call his office last month to find out what was going on. That referral was made June 8th and it wasn't until late last month that I called. He finally had surgery July 25th and is recovering. They've also messed up my medications for diabetes. I was started on 500mg of Metformin to be taken once a day with food, but without my knowledge, I was switched to two 1000mg tablets, to be taken once in the AM and again in the PM, Fine--but then when I went to the pharmacy, I was given a vial of 500mg Metformin tablets, to be taken once daily. What the hell. Dr. Stokes does just the bare minimum when it comes to patient care. If you really want QUALITY medical care from a physician who truly cares about his/her patients, Dr. Stokes is NOT the one for you! Period.
