I never spoke to Lisa always a receptionist/ secretary and explained my concerns. The response was always the same - yea we have been getting a lot of calls about the increase. Not once did they even try to look into saving me money. I had no tickets, had one clam in 1998 when my car was broken into, and then this June this year 2023 when a hailstorm hit my car. I can honestly say I was a fool to stay as long as I did. I have found Grimes Insurance and am Saving several hundreds a year. And the best customer service.
