They were also the definition of thorough and prepared, even showing up with a Google maps aerial view of the house to mark and show areas to address. Although the focus was the leak, I had other questions and they were more than happy to show future areas to address if I wanted to. The actual repair went well, with again, being punctual (a Miami rarity) and taking care of the issue, including sourcing tiles that would fit and match the houses older style.
