Ooo and then they say that those timelines are incorrect that I was given the wrong info. I had to tell them that they almost missed a deadline for info that needed to be summited to immigration. I had to re send emails again and again for the same info I had already sent. Oooooo and the cherry on the top I was given SOMEONE ELSES personal (ssn taxes paystub) info/paperwork in my file. That file was supposed to be sent to immigration. I could have really messed with someone else's info/life. Or immigration could have been like WHF is this why is this in here why is this person pretending to be someone else. I could have lost my case or worse if I didn't go through my file and found that other person's information.
