Even if the street life is very busy outside the coffee shop, the atmosphere inside is chill and cozy. There are many places to sit - and for example the hanging armchairs that you see in the picture are quite welcoming! The focus is raw food and superfood, which is very trendy these days. So if you want to have a 'fika' that includes something a little healthier than the normal tradition, Reload is maybe the place to go. The raw cakes looked delicious, as well as the salad that you could build based on your own preferences from the fresh ingredients (95kr). Also, if you are a friend of coconut water, they have a large selection of that in different flavors. As told, I chose a small latte with oat milk. Can recommend! Place is clean and nicely decorated. I experienced the staff not super friendly. Prices are basic Stockholm level, I would say. Thumbs up for the good opening hours: every day, during week from 8am to 9pm, weekends from 11am to 6pm!

The outdoor patio is picturesque and they even warn you about the natural pears that may fall from the beautiful tree above. I think they might even have a barista, but you'll have to check on that! The prepared foods are a bit pricey at around 180 SEK for a lunch or dinner box (if I remember correctly... you might want to also double check on that for the exact number.) I have a feeling that the high pricing is probably due to the high rent area of Östermalm that this place resides in. (I would love to see them open one with a little better pricing in the hipster area of Hornstull--nearby me! I bet it would go over really well!) =) You can join their website's email list and/or follow them on Instagram to see what new food items they have prepared for the day. They usually post pictures and descriptions up pretty often. I have to say that everything i've tried has been pretty damn good for being so healthy! You can also go to the Pepstop.se website and shop for a 1, 3 or 5 day "cleanse kasse" meal box (that includes yoga classes for the amount of days you purchase it for.) They also offer their full juice cleanse programs on the site for you real hardcore detoxers. I also saw a "Frukostkassen" (healthy breakfast kit) and "Träningspåsen" (training kit for workout nutrition) that I would be interested in trying out sometime too! The most intriguing thing for me though would probably be the cooking classes! They offer one called "Inspirationsmiddag" (dinner inspiration) for 795 SEK and a "Clean Eating" class where they provide you with brunch afterwards (also 795 SEK.) They even have a juice cleanse lecture for only 295 SEK for those who want to DIY! I don't know if they offer any of this in English, but I'm going to check into that soon!
