Our roof in the bathroom leaked during a rainstorm which they told me was due to the vents on the outside not being properly maintained. We had a huge hole in our ceiling due to our upstairs neighbors which they couldn't fix for days due to the upstairs neighbors having an extra lock and refusing to open the door. We had so much water damage that caused mold all over the apartment because they just patched it up without actually fixing the moisture. UNSAFE- there was all types of sketchy people hanging around, people got their cars broken into, packages stolen, drug deals happening out in the open. I had to call the police several times on my neighbors for getting into domestic fights at all hours of the morning with a female screaming for help. After i brought this along with the other excessive noise concerns management did absolutely nothing. The "courtesy" officer is a joke and does not enforce noise at all. There was multiple times when many police were called to the complex one time an officer told me there was someone with a rifle threatening someone in their apartment For the price they're asking the apartments are ridiculously old and run down. There are MUCH better apartments for less money within ten minutes of here . Don't waste your money here

Unfortunately, we chose to believe her word (because why would management lie to us?) and then I got my car towed in the spot she showed me was fine. When we confronted her about it, she backed it up and said "oh I'm sorry, I meant to say they can park wherever until midnight. They tow at midnight." Now I use the visitor pass and only park in the visitor's spots. This weekend, two of our friends arrived at 8:30pm to hang for only an hour, so given Charlie's clarification, we were safe because they'd be out by midnight. By 9pm, both of their cars had been towed. Now, management has another story for us. It's a never-ending game of "oh, sorry I MEANT TO SAY..." and then spewing another lie.
