HIGHLY recommend a trip from anywhere to check this business out - you won't be unhappy with the staff, the merchandise or the prices.

We recently went to look at a 2025 Kawasaki Ninja 650 from Lake City Powersports. The pricing was…read morecompetitive compared to other dealerships, which is what initially brought us in. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing. After hours of negotiating, the dealership only moved slightly on price, and there was very little effort to make us feel valued as customers, especially when making a large all-cash purchase on a brand-new 2025 bike. The sales manager wouldn't meet us in the middle, and even a final attempt to close the deal over $50 bucks  was denied.   My stepson will probably still purchased the bike, but the and lack of customer-focused service definitely took away from what should have been an exciting experience. Yes they initially were competitive but not the cheapest and we drove almost an hour to see what they had to offer.  If you're in the market for a new vehicle, motorcycle or recreational vehicle before heading to this location I would recommend not expecting any negotiation to make a sale. I felt like a dollar sign and not a valued person. Wish I saved money by not wasting my time.

I have got nothing but compliments on the car since I have brought it home. This is the first time that I leased a Vehicle and it saved me some money due to the fact that I generally trade every 16 to 18 months or so. This is the first car that I have purchased from Oliver Ford. I have brought my other Ford's to Oliver in the past because I always liked the Cleanliness and the Dependability of the Service Department! I always have said that if I was in the market for another Ford that I would buy it from Oliver and I am very happy that I did! I will look forward to working with Larry again!

Automotive Unlimited is a 1st class business. They did excellent work on my car and it looks…read moreperfect. The entire process with them, after the accident, was easy and professional. They dealt with the insurance company, which was a promising idea because when I was trying to deal with them it was, well, let's say heated. Auto Insurance Companies would prefer you go to junkyards for replacement parts, even though my car was only 7 months old, and Automotive Unlimited obviously takes pride in their work and helped inform the Insurance Company that wasn't going to happen. They were good with updates on parts with the supply chain issues because of the pandemic. Getting the estimate was so thorough, explaining what would need to be replaced, taking a lot of photos, and informing me of the areas they weren't sure of until they pulled damaged parts off to see what needed to be done that we couldn't see. The safety sensors work perfectly again, which is a relief. I'll just say I didn't expect the process to go so smoothly after I spent a few weeks working with the insurance company. It was a relief and seriously, their work is excellent and they made the experience easy. I trust them completely.

I didn't mind some rust which this one had around the wheel wells. No problem right? Wrong, a few months after purchasing this vehicle there was some electrical issues, which ok, it's an old truck so expect some repairs. I took it to a repair shop and they said they wouldn't repair it. The frame was all rotted out and unsafe to drive. I didn't believe them so I took it to another repair shop and they said the same thing. I had to junk a truck that looked in good shape but wasn't. This truck should have never been on the market. I lost over $6000 because these guys are not honest. This dealership should never be trusted!! These guys had this truck up on the hoist to fix a couple of minor issues before I drove it off the lot so they would have seen the same thing these repair shop saw. An unsafe vehicle.
