This young lady excels at her craft. Makenzie took time during the interview process to understand "what's happening", determines a COA and delivers award winning service beyond expectations. Denise you don't need my review to inform Just Breathe Massage Therapy about the high level of care MaKenzie provides for this you have likely already seen or heard! Put me in coach with Team "MaKenzie" The experience was truly breath taking. Makenzie identified preexisting "kink" and worked them out. The session was scheduled as deep massage, but the longstanding state of muscle contraction could not have withstood that. The standard and expectations are set and MaKenzie, you are that standard! ... just wanted to say thanks ProfSim

This ranks in the top 5. TOP 5! The only bad part is I fell asleep! I remember this amazing sensation at the base of my neck and holy cow! The rest was awesome. I feel rejuvenated and relaxed and powerful and . Worth every penny. She greeted me at the door, by name...I know...maybe not a big deal, but I felt special. The place is clean, quiet and private. I can't wait to go back.

Matthew and Cassandra were our therapists and my husband and I agree they provided among the best massages we have ever had! Scheduling was a breeze. We also were told we would get complementary gift bags up to a $30 value and one $50 value for the bride. We all got the same thing which was 1 bath bomb. Our massage therapist was Brandy, she put our feet between her legs then proceeded to hip thrust, stating "Look no hands" which was very distasteful. Two of our girls had never had a massage before and were told she "just popped their massage cherry". We were given Sports style massages for a relaxing bachelorette trip. We are all sore, in pain, and dissatisfied. We called and informed the owner (Laurén) about what had happened and were given only a $150 refund (which is $30 each when we paid $120 each) The owner was very nice but Marie (the booking manager) made us feel like it was our fault we didn't speak up and said that those styles and techniques are normal and to be expected for a relaxing massage. We honestly thought we got pranked until reality set in. We are not the type to normally complain but I booked this as a relaxing weekend for my bridal party and we are leaving worse off than when we came, most of us are going to get real massages back home because we are so sore and have cricks in our necks. I'm sure there are better therapist employed here but Brandy did not meet our expectations.

The husband worked on me while his wife worked on my missus. They both did an amazing job of smoothing out all the knots and charley horses. It was painful but not near as much as before. They asked multiple times if the pressure was okay. Then toward the end, He used hot stones to smooth out the final knots and some of the soreness. I walked in limping and left feeling like I was a new man. My missus even had a smile on her face and didn't have hardly any pain left. Now first timers should expect some pain left over after a good massage because it stimulates the muscles and pulls them open to get rid of the knots. Drink 2 or 3 bottles of water and get a hot shower afterwards. I highly recommend this place for any work you need. They very professional and kind. Don't let the accent throw you off, they just grew up speaking more Chinese at home than English and now it is part of daily life.

To her credit, she spent close to 45 minutes in my head, neck and shoulders to ensure most of the knots were worked out. Amy is an angel.
