They are also very concerned with your comfort and any pain. They get you right in for appts. Im very happy with my experience at Caring Hands. Give them a call, see if you qualify.

Worst dental office in Alexandria. September 11, 2017 was my first appointment (after waiting 3…read moreweeks to get in). I had to visit this dental office because I had a filling fall out of one of my top molars, which is painful. I had my teeth x-rayed and cleaned. I was hoping to have my broken tooth filled that same day; nope...they stated to me that they didn't have time to fix it that day, that I had to reschedule for another day. I left and rescheduled for 4 weeks from that day. I was somewhat concerned that my broken tooth was going to get worse in those 4 long weeks. On October 13, 2017 was my next appointment. When visiting with Jennifer (dentist), she took one look at my broken tooth (which was more broken and more painful by now) and said that she could not fill it or fix it, that she had to pull it. I stated that my tooth had gotten worse over the 4 week wait that I had to endure. In these 8 weeks of waiting I was eating Advil like candy and going through tubes of Oragel. This did not concern the dentist; she instead was very cold and heartless to me; stating that pulling it was all they could do for me, otherwise it was going to be an out-of-pocket expense for me. I was not happy with this dentist or her assistant. I stated that I was going to go to another dentist for a second opinion because I wanted to save my tooth if at all possible. When the dentist came back into the exam room, she had the CEO Al Olsen, with her. They were extremely rude to me, telling me once again that pulling my tooth would be the only option because it was too far gone to repair (hence I had to wait 7 weeks for them to fix it). The CEO went on to tell me how many patients they see in one year, how busy they are (fridays they are done at noon mind you), and that me waiting for 4 weeks was a normal thing for them. He asked me if I wanted them to do any work on my teeth that day, I stated no, i am going to get a second opinion. He then told me that they would fail my appointment slot and would not be able to see me again. I said why, I am here aren't I? He said that since they cannot fill that chair again, he is losing money. He went on to tell me how they are a non-profit clinic and don't make any money if that chair isn't full. I was beyond irritated and pissed off. I got up from my chair and started to walk out of the clinic, when the CEO said as I left, "I have staff to pay!!". I just shook my head and walked out. I have never been treated so rudely and cold heartedly in my entire life. The dentist (Jennifer) was rude to me at the first visit also. I went to another dentist in town who was more than willing to help me with my pain and my broken tooth. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST!!! WORST IN TOWN

My…read morehusband was experiencing pain and they did everything they could to fit us in right away (within 24 hours!). He went in for a same-day wisdom tooth removal. I was very impressed with their customer service - especially the friendliness and timeliness of the receptionist who called me back to schedule the appointment. My husband appreciated that the dentist was upfront about what needed to be done right away and what would need to be taken care of soon. No one made him feel guilty about his dental hygiene (as he has experienced elsewhere). This was especially helpful because we are in-between insurance and are able to book the next series of treatments after our new insurance kicks in.

She hesitated for a moment, then looked it up on her computer. She stated it would be about $5000.00.He then replied, ''I was quoted that it would be about $2,500.00 And then she quipped,NO! IT WILL BE ABOUT $5000.00 FOR THE WORK.Her attitude suddenly changed. She became hostile and arrogent, then began to argue with him,as a patient. With that he said,''The document speaks for itself that I have.'' Then she stated''YOU KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE $5000.00.With that attitude he stood up out of the dental chair and cme up to the reception area, where I was waiting. The staff all looking on,and smiling, like chesire cats. Then she continued to speak dissmissivly in fron tof other patients. He and I left. Not only was it a very unfortunate issue, but a violation of HIPPA,By speaking in front of the entire waiting room full of patients. She said,Well you know dentists, and you can take $1200.00 off that. Then her comment was, YOU CAN STRECH THIS OUT,SO YOU CAN AFFORD TO PAY.He said,''it's not about the money.Your staff was inept,in not explaining any of this to me" We left immediatly. The practice felt like a MONEY GRUBBING BUNCH OF CHARLATONS.My husbands late mother, served 2 terms on the MN Dental Board. He knows that the board could sanction the Dentist, for such flagrant violations for HIPPA. Frankly I have been in discount stores with more finess than the entire practice.Never would we reccomend this ''OUTFIT!'' it is hardly a'' practice!'' There are so many hard working, kind dental professionals It is a shame they smear the reputation of DENTISTRY!
