Unlike chain pet stores this shop does not have a lot of stuff but what they have is of high quality and in some cases premium products for a premium price. If you think your pet deserves the best then you will not be disappointed. They have a range of beds, seats, harnesses and accessories for dogs and cats. They also have bath products from Miau & Woof a top end pet products company from Düsseldorf. They have a range of food products which are additive free and sourced from within Germany. Prices are not cheap here so be well prepared to pay a premium price for the products they have. In typical German style most of their food products are from Doctors ;-)) supposedly experts in pet nutrition and so on. I did end up buying some food items here and the shop owner was nice enough to give me some stuff to try as well. The dog groomer we used before has moved into this shop and hence, the reason for my visit. I will be back here again. It's a nice shop with some superior pet products.

I am extremely happy and therefore will take him back every 4 weeks to maintain his coat at Hundesalon und Mode, Bogenhausen. As they normally do only dogs I asked if they knew or could recommend any cat groomers in Munich as I have three Persians with extremely long and difficult hair! And they groomed my cats and yet again outstanding results; they turned three scruffy Persians into three little poodles also taking years of their looks. I am very happy with this grooming parlour, very nice people to talk to and very professional, they also take good care of your pets while they are in there care. I highly recommend this dog grooming parlour to any pet owner who wants to leave their pride and joys in safe and responsible hands and hands that do beautiful grooming on your pets. If you don't speak German this can be a bit difficult however they were kind enough to speak slowly and explain things to us in terms of taking one of the animals from them and what we needed to do. I could have come home with quite a few of the dogs here :-) it is sad to see these wonderful animals in a shelter like this and hard to imagine that people would abandon them. If you are looking for a dog, cat or other pets they have a lot here and it's well worth a visit. It's quite a big space and it was quite busy. They also have a website with all the available pets listed with photos and descriptions. They are quite open with the details and ensue that you are fully aware of the choices available and the decisions you have to make.

We recently had the opportunity to have our dog stay for a few weeks at this pet resort. After…read morevisiting many places around Munich with our dog for inspections, this was the only place we visited that he was happy to go into the first time and, had no problem hanging around. This was a very positive sign and we made the decision to leave him here whilst we were on our overseas trip. Please note that this place is not cheap. They do however offer discounts for new customers and longer term stays. When I dropped him off he just went with the staff and was happy to go. We had some special requests and the staff accommodated all of these at no extra costs. This included having him in isolation for 3-4 days so he could recover from an injury. They also fed the dog as per our instructions. He was out frequently in the yard running around with other dogs and, was brushed daily and, taken for walks regularly (all for no extra charges). If you want something customized this is the place for you. If you want to indulge you can also order extra services like training and massage and so on. The facilities are good and modern. The staff are very caring and friendly. They sent us a weekly update and includes photos of our dog to let us know everything was ok. This gesture was much appreciated by us. When we returned they were quite ok with us picking up our dog around 11pm and it was obvious that he was well looked after. All in all an excellent experience and we will definitely use their services again. Its not cheap but the quality and standards are high. Tip : don't hesitate to ask for some discounts for longer stays :-) the worst thing they can say is no :-)

Located in Munich, near the airport, Canis Resort offers many packages suiting the owner's needs: they offer day care, overnight care, home care and event care. Not only do they have a vet on call, grooming service but also many relaxing therapy's for your dog. My dog recently stayed with them for 4 nights, having a lodge of his own, included in the over night package was his kennel, food of his choice, supervised walks and social play in the paddock and grooming. The dog lodges consist of inner lodge where the dog sleeps and eats and drink, fresh water is provided around the clock as well as food, just let them know when and how to feed your dog and what food they eat, there is a spy camera where the dog sitters see what is going on in every kennel and the kennel is fitted with heating. There are two doggy doors and main door leading to their private caged garden. The back of the property consists of a large paddock and fenced in, where you dog can run around and play with other dogs or alone if need be, there is a doggy sitter sitting at all times in the paddock, plus during hot summer months there is a small pool of water for dogs to sit in. Reservation is necessary especially around the holiday season. I highly recommend that if you're a dog owner thinking of going on vacation and you cannot take your dog(s) with you then you should visit Canis Resort and see for yourself the professional and safety care and enjoyment your dog will have while you are away. Your dogs many not want to leave the luxury care Canis provide around the clock.

They told me they would call me after Christmas, they did not call. I called again last week in the afternoon of Jan 10th 2018, spoke to Christopher and said he would call me back at 20:00 that evening, he didn't call that evening but sent a sms the next morning stating he would come to my home and see my dogs. I texted him back to confirm and sent my address and details. We drove back from Kitzbühel early to make the appointment and 2pm came and went, no phone call, no show. If this is how the treat new clients, it's extremely unprofessional, rude and bad service and I will be telling everyone in Munich. I need a service you can trust and rely on and this is not it.
