I have been here a few times now and they have such a wide range of pet accessories and food. The guy who owns the shop speaks excellent English (and German of course) and is very friendly and helpful. They have their own branded dog food which is made with quality ingredients and is chemical free. They also make a wide range of snacks that are pure meat and, our dog loves the sausages and beef stick very much. Their food is slightly more expensive but made from ingredients sourced locally and manufactured in Bavaria. As I always say "be local, buy local" and, whilst it is not organic, it's chemical free and wholesome. They do offer a grooming service on request but, I don't see any dogs getting groomed when I have visited. The owner is quite friendly and talks you through everything and, has given us samples of different food to try before we buy it. For me that is a nice touch and drives loyalty. This is the best pet store I have been too. Wall to wall in all price categories and in all sizes. For the primpy to burly dog you will find it here. Great selection of food too! My dog is a picky eater and when we moved from SF a few months ago it was hard to find all natural dog treats and ones that my dog would eat. In general I have to say I really like this store. It is really one of its kind and especially the only good dog store in Munich. Unlike fressnapf or other pet stores this is a boutique solely for dogs. They offer a large selection of things to buy from food to toys to everyday essentials to coats. And a lot of brand and designer names. I love shopping in exclusive dog stores which are really trendy and I haven't seen a store like this outside Paris, London and New York and I wouldn't of thought I would find one in Munich but I did. The store owner is very helpful. He helped me buying a dog coats along with other essential pooch stuff that I needed. The merchandise is all laid out really nice, everything is in the eye view and easy to reach, everything is in its proper place. Really good layout. I personally love the selection of collars and dog coats that this store carries, they are really good quality and yet they look really good and fashionable yet offering weather proof fashion for your dogs. This store I would say would attract the more upscale clientele as yes something's can be expensive but personally for me I find that nothing can be expensive for my dogs.
