As we were told to come a bit earlier than the preferred 1 pm, we expected the restaurant teeming with diners instead the manageress was still vacuuming the bar area when we arrived and we remained the only guests throughout. The tables were laid beautifully and the food expertly presented. We chose a light starter of marinated vegetables and buffalo mozzarella, followed by saltimbocca and cod. Everything was delicious. In contrast to most other establishments in the area, the portions were on the small side quality rather than quantity! The quality and presentation of the food could easily compete with similar restaurants in larger towns, while the prices seem very reasonable.
