There was also a $100 delivery fee due to our location. The unit was immaculate. Toilet paper and paper towels were included. The unit was also air conditioned and had music! Everyone commented on how nice it was! We will definitely use them again if we ever need extra restrooms.

Their driver pumped around some roots on one side, charging me $450 for an incomplete job. Plus $50 extra for a charge (pushing roots out of his way) that wasn't even a thing they charge for (I did get that back). I understand the roots are my issue and not a service they offer but being in the septic business for 20 yrs as this person (owner) so defensively put it when I asked the question concerning my septic being only partially emptied, why would they not recommend I call someone that can meet my entire needs so that it could be done properly the first time?? Instead they took my money without batting an eye! Insisting to me (from the mouth of the owner) that only one side has to be opened and emptied! I do not recommend them because if your ignorant of unknown and unexpected septic tank issues like I was at the start of this ordeal then they will not do what's right and they will take your money anyway. This has gotten expensive due to other issues in my plumbing and I will still need to find a company that can remove the roots and finishing pumping out the waste properly. To your office personnel Timothy- your a gem! Your the only one who apologized and was professional thanks Timothy and you deserve to work for better people!!

When they left Bill and I talked about trimming eight oaks that were overgrown and he said they could get to them in a couple of months.
