About 8 months ago there was a new host (same beer and brewery, though). He tore down the place (virtually) and made everything new and fresh. The kitchen, restaurant, guest rooms were all refurbished and made "noice" (if you can hear the click!) Their menu is genuine Bavarian and the chef lives up to that standard. You want the best Bavarian dumplings? Search no more. My friends and I were searching for the best throughout Bavaria. You get them HERE. (period) Great pork roast (Schweinerns), you get it here. Authentic potato soup? Yep. Here. Apple Strudel? Yep. Here. And you'd want to kill your Bavarian grandma after tasting them. Poor grandma, she was trying her best... They're catering for international taste buds, too. Just ask. The hotel is down to earth and very cozy. I'm always rating a cost/experience ratio. And this is 5/5.

This is the first hotel I've been to that you literally don't have to interact with a human. I…read morebooked and checked in online. I was given my room number and access code via email and you don't need to check out. Quite weird but I guess it cuts cost. It's cheap... I'll give it that. You can tell they are cutting every possible cost to make it cheap. Parking is free, it's about a 20 minute walk to old town, the rooms are fairly clean and there is AC. Other than that definitely not much to write home about. Rooms are very small, the staff (if you interact with them at all) aren't very welcoming, breakfast isn't included and if you want a hair dryer you have to go to the front desk and borrow one for a 10 euro deposit. Internet is free but you need a working mobile number for it to send a text to in order to use it. Probably wouldn't stay here again but it worked for what I needed it for (sleeping).

The room was large and with the bedroom separated. The breakfast was great and included with the room. Plenty of parking is available. The bad was that the room was an old style (even though the bed was very comfy), but thats typical for alot of hotels in Germany. And the shower pressure was horrible. Its not located near the center or downtown, but its great to relax and enjoy some quiet time. I would stay here again

I appreciated having a separate room for the toilet, which included a small sink. The t.v. had an adequate number of channels, even a few in English. The hotel was VERY conveniently close (via walking) to the train station and to the primary Christmas market. It had a lovely, included breakfast.
